Whether you want to perfect existing charcuterie skills or learn how to create boards from scratch, The Rustic Olive Co. will guide you through creating the "perfect" charcuterie board. 

You will also learn creative "food art" techniques, what's the 3-3-3-3 rule of charcuterie, and which types of meats and cheeses go best with each other. All you supply is the venue and space for your guests to build. And don't forget the wine or favorite beverage to get everyone's creative juices flowing!

Our Gather & Graze workshops make for a great team-building activity, a fun girls night out, retirement community events, or even birthday parties and can be customized to fit your needs. Whatever you are interested in, don't hesitate to ask!
