Combine the following in a shaker:
1/2 tsp. peach/jam preserves (we use Texas Barfight)
1 tbsp. Peach Infused Balsamic Vinegar
1 oz. vodka
Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Top off with:
3-4 oz. prosecco, chilled
Basil Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, small drip
1 fresh basil leaf
Garnish with: peach slice
